Slow/no order processing
Order hadn't even processed two weeks after I placed it (and paid) and when I reached out to ask about it, customer service had no idea when it *might* process, let alone actually ship. This was my first time ordering and I probably won't ever again.

Lacking Customer Service
I had a horrible experience with Livie and Luca, that is still ongoing. For two months now, I have tried to exchange a pair of shoes. The customer service has been lacking. They have not directly answered direct questions. The return was received April 14, processed April 17 and still two weeks later it has not shipped. In another follow up, I still did not receive direct answers on when the shoes would ship. Not only is the customer service lacking, you are false advertising and not posting true reviews online. I submitted a true review that was never posted to the website.

Lack of communication
I am concerned that I do not have the shoes and unless I communicated I did not know there was a significant delay. The last info I received before I wrote was that I would receive them within 3-5 days. It would have been best to know there was a significant delay before I ordered. I needed these shoe for my child’s school uniform.

Placed an order over a month ago and I still can’t get an ETA. Ordered well in advance so that my daughter would wear her shoes on her birthday party, doesn’t look like that’s going to happen. They just lost a customer!

Frustrated without ship dates for paid orders
Okay, but heading towards bad. If products can’t be shipped then maybe sales should be shut down until they can be fulfilled. Not having a ship date for a paid order is not okay. Customer service should have a better answers. Long time customer, but I’m pretty frustrated.

Great customer service
I reached out to several shoe manufacturers with questions about wiggle/growth room implied in the size charts. This was the only place where I got a clear answer. I really appreciate it that the customer service is in tune with the manufacturing, etc. This gives me extra confidence in the brand.

Unable to ship is unacceptable.
I love the product, but it’s irresponsible and unacceptable to allow sales and run ads over and over while unable to ship product or even give an estimate for when an order will ship. No notice was given when I ordered, no part of the website stated the long shipping time, no email was sent as an FYI that the order would not be shipping.

I ordered shoes over 3 weeks ago for a wedding. Your site states orders process in 3-5 days, so this should have been sufficient time. I received zero communication that shipping times were significantly delayed, or any estimate of delivery. My request to cancel my order 3 days before the wedding when I realized it had not even shipped was granted, but my overall experience was still terrible because I didn’t get the shoes I wanted and had to get something else last minute.

I’m so glad I found Livie & Luca, these shoes is all my little girl wears now. They hit every mark. Comport l, style and craftsmanship. They are comfy and last beyond one child. These remind me of my childhood shoes my mom would buy me as a child, priceless memories I keep and now making with my Princess. Thank you Livie & Luca
