Ordered April 6th, now 24th April and still hasn’t shipped. Communications from livie and Luca said shipping within 7 days … after 7 days had passed

Won’t give me a ship date or a refund

I ordered these sneakers for my grand daughter almost a month ago. They still have not been shipped. I hope she doesn't grow out of them before they arrive.

So far, no shoes for my grandgirl. So so far, not so good.

I absolutely love the quality of your shoes, but unfortunately I can no longer find your shoes in any stores and shipping has become outrageously long! I placed an order with you all on April 2 and still have yet to receive even an email confirming that they’ve shipped! I was even told by a saleswoman in my local children’s shoe store that your company is under new management and all in-store saws are being moved to strictly on-line? That seems impossible for a company that sells shoes to children, whose feet are constantly growing and need to be sized in shoes in person. I have always used Livie and Luca at the go-to for my children’s school uniform shoes, but it seems that in the coming years I am going to have to find a more readily available brand, which is extremely disappointing.

Over 2 weeks and my shoes didn’t ship yet. I ordered a pair of sandals for my daughter to wear to the Daddy Daughter Dance and they never made it. Very disappointed.

Hi - I ordered over a month ago and have heard no updates on shipping or delivery - terrible service.

Livie and Luca really needs to improve their communications when they can’t fulfill an order. I waited over 20 business days before I was finally told they had no idea when my shoes would ship. Needless to say… I canceled my order and promised to never order from them again.

Always love the shoes, but after almost a month, my shoes have not been shipped. I inquired and was told they will soon be shipped???

I’ve always had the best shopping and shipping experience until this last order placed March 27, 2023. It’s April 18, and my order is still unfulfilled. I’ve emailed 3 times and received a reply a week ago that it was being prepared but it’s still unfulfilled when I check my account. The only communication is through email and it’s become frustrating. We’ve enjoyed l&l for 6 years until now.

Livie and Luca have wonderful clothes and shoes! I love ordering things for my grandkids from them!

Shipping take too long that is disappointing.

My daughter loves your shoes, and overall they are fairly durable (though quality is occasionally hit or miss these days). Shipping times have gotten dramatically worse.
