Ordered my grands shoes for Easter. They still are not here.

I can’t even get anyone to communicate with me about my order that I never received

Love the shoes but the shipping time is a bit long.

I'm sorry, but I've been waiting for my order for three weeks and no one has responded to my question. To be fair, they did not dispel my suspicions because they directed me to the same URL on their home page where their delivery policy is stated, but they did not gave me the order tracking.

It’s been a month and haven’t even gotten my order processed or ready to ship. Terrible

I didn’t receive the shoes yet so I can’t leave a review.

I ordered my daughter a pair of Mary Janes for Easter on March 22nd. I received an order confirmation email. The money was immediately taken out of my account. I have received ZERO shipping information or tracking number. Easter had come and gone now. Still no shoes and no emails about when they might come. I can not find a contact number for Livie and Luca, so I was forced to leave a message which I’ve gotten no response to. At this point I just want to cancel my order and get my money back. I can’t even rate the customer service because there has been no contact. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered shoes for my daughters for Easter. I placed the order 17 days ago (11 business days) and it has yet to ship. I will be contacting customer service to cancel my order.

The replied time was good, the answer was not great.

Great customer service and products

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes over 2 weeks ago, was charged immediately and still, the items have not shipped. Even with the anticipated extended shipping times due to sales, they have not left the warehouse. I’ll reconsider ordering in the future….if shipping will take several weeks, then I should not be charged at time of ordering. I’ll use other high quality shoe sales sites with guaranteed delivery - especially if ordering for a special occasion, like a holiday. They were advertised as “Easter shoes” and will (hopefully) receive long after the holiday is over - cannot trust the marketing.

This is the first time I’ve ever ordered from Livie and Luca. My shoes took several weeks to come in and when they finally did they were too small for my daughter. I tried to return them and was told that I couldn’t even though they were brand new still in the box. Very disappointing

It is business day 13 since I placed my order and it has yet to be fulfilled. I did not receive any communication from the company until I reached out, and then it was only an explanation of their busy season policy, which is up to 7 business days for fulfillment of an order. Sadly, my future business will be with another company.

It's been 3 weeks I ordered shoes. For Easter they have yet to to get here. Easter is tomoorw.

Deceiving shipping times. Be aware that shipping is not 3-5 days.

I was super impressed with the company, but my last order has taken over 2 weeks to ship and still hasn’t shipped yet.

I would recommend CLEAR communication on timeline for “processing” orders. I placed an order 10+ days ago, and it has not even been “processed yet”. That is a significant delay! So much for the Easter shoes I ordered for my kids…. 😑

Excellent quality and service. My granddaughter is 4 years old and has had numerous pairs of shoes from Livie & Luca. She outgrows them before they wear out. The selection is so varied and imaginative and sales are always available.
