I have placed an order two weeks ago and have never heard from you

I’ve been waiting 12 business days, 18 days total for one pair of shoes to ship.

I ordered and then changed my order. I had to contact company to assure that they got my change. I then never heard anything back. Two weeks later I contacted again since I hasn’t received order. I looked and was charged with four pair of shoes instead of two. I contacted again to cancel my order since I had already bought shoes in a store 50 miles away. I received probably five responses all saying the same thing. Finally I received a response that my order was cancelled.

My kids have been wearing Livie & Luca shoes over four years now, and I also have a pair of adult shoes. The products are very good quality, though I have noticed a decrease in leather products and and increase in man-made materials, particularly in girls’ boots. That’s not what I’d expect at this price point. Also, my most recent order placed directly with the company was almost four weeks ago, and my order has still not been shipped. I was given a 10% discount when I asked for a status update, but in the meantime had to go out and buy other shoes for my daughter while we’ve been waiting. The wait, the high price, and the declining quality mean that this might be our last L&L order, sadly.

Did not receive order yet - it’s been 3 weeks today.

This is solely based on the fact that I am receiving an email to review a product that still hasn't shipped over 2 weeks after I ordered it. I very much would have considered not purchasing if I had known that current shipping times were over 10+ business days

I ordered a pair of girls shoes on March 25. I still have not received a shipping notice.

We ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. The order status said that they hadn’t shipped after two weeks of placing the order.

The response I continue to get regarding an order I placed on 3/31/2023 and it’s now 04/16/2023 makes for a HORRIBLE experience, we love the shoes but customer service is causing it to not be a great experience. You can’t call because of “Covid” well that ship has sailed. Do better because you are ruining your business. I’ve had several people saying this exact same thing!

I orden my shoes april1 and I didn’t recibe yet.

I purchased two pairs of shoes 10 business days ago and they still haven't even shipped. I understand you have a disclaimer on your website that it can take 5 and then an additional 7 days during "busy" times, but 12 business days to just ship shoes that are already crafted is completely unacceptable and very outside of industry standards. You may be small, but so are many many other companies that don't have these policies. I've reached and and received the same shipping policy verbage with no estimate of when it would shipped, which leads me to believe you don't ship your own products. Is it coming from China? I will not be purchasing additional products from this company unless the shipping policy changes.

Have not received my order from March 29. Still waiting to hear if lost or exactly where their are.

Long wait. My items were ordered on 03/25 and today is 04/16 and still hasnt received confirmation that items have been shipped.

Ordered shoes over 3 weeks ago, still no tracking

My order was not shipped even though I placed an order on April 6,2023 This is not the great customer care I used to enjoy at all

I have shopped Livie and Luca multiple times over the past few years. The quality of their products is wonderful. The shoes are made to last! However, I have been disappointed with the shipping time of my latest order. I understand there are shipping issues everywhere right now, but I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything other than an order confirmation.

I have ordered from Luca Livie several times in the past and service and delivery is a bit slow. But the order I made on March 17,2023 has been terrible. I ordered 2 pair of size 10 Shoes for girls in a Shimmer Mary Jane’s in a red and white colors! I needed the white pair for Easter Sunday! I have not rec’d either pair! I have sent inquiries on my order and I have gotten either ignored or mixed reviews! Please send me the 2 pairs of shoes as I have already paid for them! Thank you, Sue English
