I have had my JNH Lifestyles Infared Sauna for a month now and I absolutely love it! It was fairly easy to put together and super easy and enjoyable to use!!Helping me start 2024 with healthy habits!

2 weeks in and we are sweating!
Enjoying our sauna, we are very satisfied with the quality of the product, the assembly was not difficult and the customer service is very responsive. The speakers were not sounding good so I called to ask questions and April determined that the blue tooth module probably needs to be replaced. She is sending me a new part with instructions on how to replace it.

JNH LIFESTYLES customer service is the very best you could ever hope for. If you have any problems or concerns, they will bend over backwards to make it right.

Your shipping was right on time. My contractor failed to show up to remodel my bathroom so I haven’t had a chance to uncrate it. I have also had a personal injury that I can’t get it set up yet. I am looking forward to it as soon as I can get it uncrated.

Very easy to assemble! My sauna was delivered at noon and by 5 pm we were enjoying this awesome Christmas gift we bought for ourselves! Had a little help from the cat putting it together! Works great too- in 30 minutes we were detoxifying! (not the cat!) Felt so awesome afterwards- very rejuvenating! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time! Highly recommended!

Shipping was a little issue but it all work out just fine. ording and follow up couldn't have gone any better,they truly care beyond the sale. i haven't assembled it yet due to the completion of a remodeling project but I'm looking forward to a great experience.
