I have had my sauna for about 3 years now and am having an issue with the infrared light working. Although its frustrating it stopped working, Trish in Customer Service has been great!! She went above and beyond to offer great customer service and it was truly appreciated.

Love the sauna, has both form & function for the price point . Yes there might be prettier saunas and you will pay quite a bit more for the prettiness. But if you want a really well made sauna that works great and doses what the other more expensive ones. This is for you . At an Awesome price, Absolutely worth the money and no complaints here .

I purchased the Tosi Ultra-low EMF Sauna. My wife has chemical sensitivities, so I was looking for a Sauna made of Poplar wood with low-EMF, no plywood/particle board, no chemical additions. The JNH Sauna met those requirements at a very reasonable price. JNH customer service was very helpful and we've started using our Sauna regularly. . . . . . . .
