Did not receive my package

No response from customer service for an exchanged and it’s been over a month

no answers, order hasn’t come for a month, i’m very disappointed

Terrible quality items, broken return system and customer service does not respond. Horrible experience.

It’s been +1 month since my order, I have not received my jacket and I have emailed the Frank and Oak team and USPS and have not been able to get a reply on where my jacket is and when I should be expecting it. It’s been “delayed on the way to the next facility” for 3 weeks and no one can help me figure out how to get my jacket. Such a massive waste of time and money. I paid full price for this jacket I am not going to end up wearing this winter

Super long shipping lead times. I’m on day two of waiting for CS to get back to me on a return so hopefully that doesn’t affect my return window. But that’s totally understandable due to the holiday. The shipping was a bit annoying though, it was at least a solid week in shipping. Given the cost of the idem it would be nice to have a slightly faster default shipping service.
