Not too well at this point.

Discovered this brand on a trip to Montreal 2 years ago. Ever since, it's one of the first brands I shop when I need new clothes, even there are no stores in California. Shopping the website is easy and delivery is fast.

Never received. Still no help from Go Bolt or Frank and Oak.

Item came damaged and they never responded to me getting in touch with them about it. It’s been over 3 weeks and it was a Christmas gift.

It took a long time to receive and I never heard anything.

Shipping was very slow.

Had trouble ordering took several attempts. Once ordered had to chase up shipping but once actually shipped all went well.

The quality of the item and support from customer service was some of the worst in the industry that I’ve experienced. Incredibly disappointing.

Website has clumsy layout for returns the process is hard to find there. Should be made as easy as on Amazon or eBay (take a look!)

Bad customer service - people complain about amazon, but there is reason to be the leader on e-commerce! Order this on December, 11 - 20 days later no merchandise, no refund!

shipping info was slow-coming which was a little concerning due to generally negative feedback online regarding same. fortunately it was a good result in my case
