I boat this coat back in January 19. Supposedly it was on sale for $359 from original price of $599. I bought it seems good quality and didn’t want to missed the sale of 60%. Turns out a day or two later the price drops again now is $179 I’m like what?! I’m literally paying double and haven’t received the coat. So I as per the guidelines of the companies policy they would price match but you gotta act quick. No one responded to my email; just got an automated response. So that just get brush under the rugged. The company doesn’t stand by their policy. Secondly, the coat arrived and was super long which is dimension not included in the description. So here I got again send another email about the coat been to long to exchange at least. No response other than automated stuff. So I decided to to start a claimed with credit card and they responded to my credit card saying I never inquired to them and that they have policy to exchange and return etc. I have all the screen shots but apparently they also need the receipt which I missed to add so they drop it and I tried to open up the case but by that time I ran out of time. A coat that’s $599 drop to $359 then to $180 after placing the order is kind of questions the confidence of the product. Yet they ignored to price match and not exchange. So they got lucky I didn’t answer on time to credit but now I’m stuck with the product and of course tailor long it probably cost an arm and a leg. This teaches me not to buy from foreign country unless I am in the store.

Shipping was slow but it was from Canada to the USA & with the whole tariff situation, I understand. Other than that, love the way everything was packaged individually & in a compact way!

Not great! I didn't realize that I could not return the things that did not fit until I got them and now I have a $150 coat that doesn't fit me. I am not happy about the experience with this company.
