Great shipping and quality

Great jacket. Very warm.

Normally Frank and Oak is good with shopping but this one took almost 2 weeks before it even shipped. I did eventually get the package though.

Never received, and customer service is poor (emailed several times and have never heard back, been over a month).

I never received my delivery and am still waiting on a response to my outreach

The jeans rise made them a bit tight for the 6ft guy I bought these for. The waist and length fits as he likes, it's but just a bit snug in the inner thighs and crotch, so he has to wear them lower than he prefers (like a low rise) to fit comfortably. He likes them overall.

Like other 1 star reviews here, the parka never came to this day since January 26th. To make matters worse, after reaching out to customer support, I was taken for a ride full of fabricated lies about its status. Responses went from “high volume, it may take an additional few days”, to never verifying if it was shipped or being in transit, to some brazen and blatant attempt to BS by saying that it’s delayed due to the tariff situation and that “there’s congestion at the border”, to “receiving confirmation that their trailers finally cleared the border”, like what??? Frank and Oak won’t admit that this parka was likely being shipped directly from China so they had to fabricate some BS about it being stuck at the border due to the tariff situation? This is incredibly offensive, don’t fall for this fraud. I’ll make sure to tell others to stay away from this brand…

I don't have much to say about the experience. I got a great deal, so the final sale situation was easier to swallow. Ended up donating the jacket to a local organization.

Maybe read customer emails

Lack of communication during order process, responses to emails took at least one week if that. Order took 5 weeks to receive. Terrible experience,

Service was ok. Shipping took quite a while, which was fine, but when I tried to get some customer service, no one ever responded.

Not exceptional nor subpar

Still waiting for response to my email (1 week ago) for a broken zipper. Totally disappointed.
