Family credit management helped me resolve a large payday advance which I was struggling to pay back. They also helped me eliminate a large balance from my credit card debt. They were helpful and the process was quick and painless.

This company helped me when I was just a poor (untreated) ADHD college student. With my impulsivity, I had racked up 40k in debt. And this was at the time where credit card companies were allowed to spike the interest rates to 30% if you were late on a payment, etc. Of course, I’d forget cause of my ADHD (days before smart phones). I had called them crying so desperate to get out of the hole and they contacted all of my credit card companies and lowered my interest and worked with my husband and I to find out how much we could afford as a payment plan. This review is much delayed, lol. They helped me about 12 years ago, but their kindness and professionalism helped me calm down and see a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!

I was drowning in debt due to some horrible decisions and knew I needed help. No way was I going to be able to get anywhere making minimum payments on credit cards. I did my research and through emails, I decided to have FCM help. 4 years. That's all it took. Any time I had a question. Or wanted to pay extra when an account was close to being paid off - I'd email and problem solved. Best decision I've ever made.

I started my journey with FCM in July 2022. I am still on my journey to become debt free of these credit cards and loans. So far my experience has been the best and I will be finished around December 2023 or before as I will start paying extra on my account. Buried in cc debt and not knowing what to do I reached out to these folks and they helped me. Final payment of 19k-20k is this month and now i can work on some other bills. Might ask them to help me with these too. It sux you have to use credit to survive these days. But I am grateful i have these folks to help me dig out when i need to. They are friendly and thoughtful and nonjudgemental. Its hard enough to be in debt judgement is not something you need its help you need and they provide it and more! Thanks guys!

I did a little research before reaching out to Family Credit Management. I had under twenty thousand in primarily credit card debt and needed assistance. I am so fortunate I worked with this company! They negotiated with my creditors a monthly payment they were content with and a monthly lump sum I was comfortable releasing to FCRM and I didn’t have to worry at all about those creditors. I started in 2016 and just completed satisfying my debts this month, August 22. This company always treated me well, kept me updated monthly and without them, I’m positive my debts would not be paid to them. If you’re looking for an A+ rated company, do not consider anyone else. I don’t know enough superlatives to utter their care for me, their communication, how they worked with my creditors and even had my interest arrested. Definitely this company is Best in Show!
