A lot of these reviews say some of the same things that I feel. Back in 2021 I was drowning in debt, so I contacted them by email because I was too embarrassed to talk to them in person. They negotiated with my creditors and set up a payment plan and now after 5 years I am debt free. I couldn't have done it without them. And I am so grateful to them. They always responded quickly and were very helpful.

i’m really upset with myself that it’s taking me this long to write a review. I was just talking to a friend of mine about how wonderful this company was multiple times for me when I was struggling to make ends meet having so many bills that I didn’t have any idea what to pay when. I’ve used them twice in the last 10 years and I cannot recommend them enough. They never made me feel less than they never made me feel like a burden. They allowed me to do most of my contacts through email because I was so embarrassed. While I hope I never have to use them again. I am so incredibly thankful for them.

After going through hurricane Ian, I needed to change my monthly payments and my request to do so was met with compassion. No questions asked. I have completed my payments and I'm debt free!! I can’t say enough good things about Family credit management. Back in 2020 I was drowning in over $20K in credit card debt and I was sinking quickly, I couldn’t keep up with all of the payments. I contacted family credit and after a few emails giving them some information they set out contacting my creditors to work out a payment plan. After some negotiating ,a monthly payment amount was agreed upon and they started withdrawing funds from my checking account and started paying my creditors. They were even willing to change my due date if things got tight. 5 years later I’m out of debt and successfully managing my own credit cards. Do not hesitate to get in contact with Family credit . They will help you get out of debt

I had gotten into serious credit card debt as my world collapsed in the 2007-2009 economic downturn and housing crisis. I had many cards with high limits and had to live on them until I could put my business back together. Family credit negotiated deals and set up a doable monthly payment. My balance with those credit cards is now zero. I couldn’t have done it without Family Credit. I hoped they weren’t a scam an instead they are a Godsend
