I'm just starting this program, but I had contacted other debt management companies and spent hours speaking to their representative and reading their contracts. Hands down Family Credit was the best choice for me. Lower fees and I was able to start now though I was current on all my debts. Others wanted me to stop paying for some time, then begin. Crazy. I'm so glad I found Family Credit. I had such a weight lifted off and I'm hopeful now for the future.

I read all the reviews first, and communication was definitely key to the success, so I made sure to let them know if anything needed adjustment. There were times where we couldn't make the full monthly payment, so FCM walked us through those months in how and when to pay each account that month to not get behind. I started so discouraged by credit cards not lowering our interest to very encouraged with how FCM communicated so that these companies were so much more helpful in lowering it to rates that we could not only afford but make progress on the principal balance. Im 23 years old and was stuck paying 3 loans that would have taken years from interest alone to fully pay them off, but thanks to FamilyCredit and a bit of risk taking I made larger payments and they went directly into the loans.
