I love my new spa. I especially like the ease of use. So well designed and so comfortable.

Surface is VERY slick. Jets are not as strong as my previous (2013) tub. GOOD thing is jetpacs are much easier to remove and replace. Filter is MUCH easier to clean.

Like spa…. haven’t like repairs that need to happen and don’t get done. A few things not getting handled as I would like

Our experience with Bull Frog Spas was an excellent one. They were very honest and helped us purchase our Swim Spa. Delivery and set up were top notch. I would recommend them for a smooth no hassle experience. Marci was great and so was everyone we dealt with.

Gary was amazing and knowledgeable. He has been quick to respond to questions and even came to make sure everything was running smoothly. The spa itself has worked great and the install team was friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for better!

Love our new A5L spa. The Bullfrog team was great with selection, sales and installation. My deck reinforcement seemed to drag on forever. Bullfrog was very patient and delivered the spa when I was ready.

First off my A8 cost well over double what my R7 cost just 7 years ago. Then I was sent home with defective gaskets, which were replaced after a wait (jets were obnoxiously loud). Then, to cap it off, I found out that it had been wired backwards at the factory and the chemical packs were on Pump Two. Not what I expected from Bullfrog but along with their decision to abandon Balboa controls tells me the company has gone backwards like their wiring.

Excellent service from start to finish. From working with Mary in the showroom to Brandon at our final install we were treated as if we were the most important customer they had!

Very disappointed, 5 1/2 weeks after installation and the $500 wireless communication system is still not working.

Bullfrog reviews are a scam. They are mostly 5-star reviews because Bullfrog deletes negative reviews. I know this because my negative reviews have been removed. Do not waste your hard-earned dollars on a Bullfrog spa, the quality control is nonexistent, I know, went through 2 A7Ls in 4 years. Some would refer to them as Junk!

I received my brand new hot tub and noticed it was leaking so they came out and said it was leaking at the neck jet. It should’ve never left the company in that condition.

I purchased a Bullfrog spa A7 Since day 1 the spa has been leaking water. A repair guy has come 4 times to fix the problem and has not been able to fix the leak. Everyday I walk out and see water coming from under the spa and feel sick to my stomach. The store i bought the spa from has requested a replacement. I would prefer Bullfrog takes this back and I could go with a more reputable spa that stands by there product. I purchased the spa from Ca Hot Tubs in Marina Del Rey Ca.

Very good sales information, spa as advertised, simple chemicals, the jet packs are interchangeable.

Having a difficult time getting the spa to operate properly, when delivered the jetpacks vibrated severely, the auxiliary control button failed to the jets, the Rain Jetpack had a broken flow valve and the pump is not strong enough to operate all the jets at once. I have to shut down multiple jets to allow for the jetpacks to function properly. I am currently awaiting a warranty replacement of parts to see if this will resolve the multiple issues I am having.

The spa is very comfortable and the JetPacks are 2nd to none when it comes to options and functionality. The main reason for only 4 stars is really the controls. They're good, but for a spa of Bullfrog's caliber they miss just a bit - especially the Wifi/phone app. I'd recommend them to anyone who asks me!

The tub was installed without the ordered safety pads so they didn't fill and start up the tub as was part of the deal. My property manager had to wait 24 hrs to fill tub and had trouble with its start up which would have been done by the experienced installation team. Sales team said"oops, sorry ". Should have refunded me for the service not received.
