Excellent Customer Service – Bullfrog Spas Missoula
When I called the Missoula office on October 27, 2025, the gentleman who answered the phone and assisted me was absolutely wonderful. I was very overwhelmed since I’m not the one who usually takes care of our spa — my husband does, but he’s unable to at this time. Our spa was showing an error code, and the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring. He walked me through each step, explained everything clearly, and assured me that my spa would be fine until a service call could be made. He scheduled me for November 6, 2025, and let me know it was still under warranty. I called the store today to confirm my appointment, and once again, the gentleman who answered was extremely helpful and professional. He even offered to reach out to the crew to see if they could narrow down their arrival time. I told him that wasn’t necessary, as I’d be home all day and any time would work. A short while later, Anthony called to let me know he was about five minutes away. Anthony and Angelos came out to take a look at the spa, and they were both very kind, professional, and helpful. I explained that I don’t usually handle the spa maintenance, and Anthony took the time to explain everything and show me what I needed to do. They even took extra time to clean out my spa, which I truly appreciated. Anthony told me that if I had any issues after they left, I could reach out to him directly using the number he called from. That kind of care and follow-up really stood out. Overall, I’ve been extremely pleased with the entire experience — from the first phone call to the service visit. Everyone I spoke with provided excellent customer service, and I wanted to make sure that was recognized. Thank you so much!

Good therapeutic tub, poor design aspect on the pillows
We have an A6 hot tub and enjoy the therapeutic aspect of the jet pack design. However very disappointed that the pillows have all bubbled and delaminated after two and half years of use. Our local distributor has not been at all helpful with support on this issue.

We love our Bullfrog
Bullfrog has been great to work with. We have enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to many years of soaking in a wonderful hot tub. Franz was a great salesman and easy to like. He made sure we were taken care of and that we got the perfect hot tub for our needs. This is our first Bullfrog spa but the last time I feel a need to go shopping for a replacement. I love the spa packs and peace of mind that goes with knowing I can switch them out if I want a different pattern. Thank you Bullfrog for a great spa! We love it!

lets start with sales went to the Elgin store nice man knowledgeable set me up with another store that had what I wanted , then it all went down hill bad info piss poor scheduling for delivery , window 8am to noon call at 5pm be there by 8pm I say no can we leave it in your driveway and come back next week we live in Indiana the salesman is not at fault but is getting no info either for a nice product until you fix these issues I wouldn't recommend Bull Frog

Spa purchase
We have had issues with our brand new spa and not really happy with it. It was delivered dirty and gave us problems when we filled it and also it keeps giving us some error code that we don’t like. Have had it only a month and a half now and not very happy about my purchase.

Leaky spa/Very frustrated
I purchased a factory certified spa from Shane at the Elgin store and I have had to have it repaired twice for leaks since I purchased it and now I need have someone come find and repair a third leak. I haven’t had the spa for more than a few weeks. This is extremely frustrating and I’m considering just returning it and requesting a refund. I’d appreciate if someone from corporate would give me a call to see what we can do to make this right. 630-441-4432 Tony

Fits my needs
Works pretty good! I have had some issues with the spa shutting down do to no "water flow" fault. It comes and goes and the only way to clear the fault is to power cycle the spa. By the way, all filters are clean. I wish there were jets where you could put your hands on them. I am 72 years old and have some joint arthritis in my hands. There's one in each seat but always my right hand only.

The M9 we now have, pretty good. But. . . We originally bought an S150 swim spa, and had to return two of them within a year due to the floor bubbling up badly. Now with the M9, the porch boxes are not available, we are still waiting for the stairs over a month after the tub was delivered, and the covers are now only black, so it no longer matches my house brick or the tub.

Just received our new Bullfrog A8 spa select and love it. We previously had a A7 with lounger. The A8 is spacious and has plenty of new features that have this tub just rocking!

Great but water already cloudy
We bought ours on Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed it. However, water is already cloudy despite following the normal maintenance stuff. I’ve kept it on energy saver. Apparently when we called, they had us change it to a higher cleaning mode. Then we changed to super cleaning mode. Still cloudy. I guess we wait to drain it???

We have thoroughly enjoyed our spa. It's simple to maintain and so great to end the day. Would highly recommend to anyone looking. Plus, their customer service is fantastic.

Bullfrog spa month old
We have enjoyed the powerful jets. Setting two lifts you off the seat! Neck jets are amazing. The interchangeable seats are awesome. We found we like two of the seats for relaxing and two for deep tissue massages. We have a sunset view so we move the seats into position for the view. Jim
