Construction is top notch. I like the ease of cleaning the filters. Sitting areas are all comfortable and controls are easy to use. The maintenance notifications keep me on track also

Great looking spa, each jet pack provides a different massage experience. The flat filter tucked behind a jet pack allows for an additional seat. The domed foot well with jets is a real plus, enables you to wedge yourself in to enjoy the more vigorous jets without floating off! The after sales service from Andy Vatter and his team has been second to none.

Spa arrived not fully functional. The control panel does not show an icon for the waterfall or an icon for the exterior lights. There is an icon for the interior lights however when that button is pressed it powers on the interior lights and 2 exterior lights on the left side of the spa and cycles the interior lights through multiple colors. I also find the control panel difficult to see and ready both in the daylight and at night. I find the shell of the bull frog to be dangerously slippery and the depth distances between the edge of the tub the cool down seat and the bottom of the tub are too extreme making access and exiting the tub quite unsafe and difficult for me use the spa. It would have been nice to know in advance which direction the bend on the cover would be located so I would have a better idea for planning the placement of the cover lifter and the stairs as the hot tub is not square and it sits on a deck with limited space. The jet packs are nice but so far I would have rather had my 20 year old jacuzzi

The A7D is a fantastic spa. After only having it up and running for a few weeks I have noticed my sleep has great improved. My Back and leg pain has also reduced some just from daily soaks. My wife and I absolutely love it!

I'm very happy with our spa and all the service we've received. Greg, Anthony, Angeles and Jeb have all been patient and helpful as we learn all about hot tubs and purchased our first one this year. We love ours and spend time in it every day. I wish I had done this sooner! Keep up the great work, guys!

Cindy, the install crew and the repair crew have been nothing but great. They're responsive and they go over and above every time! Cindy has gone out of her way several times to make sure that i'm beyond satisfied (which i'm beyond satisfied!) I look forward to a long relationship with them! Thanks everyone!

I had some questions that I sent to Bullfrog Spas Customer Care before purchasing from one of their dealers; however, my inquiries were never responded to. As for the actual hot tub - so far, so good, but clearly we will have to rely on the dealer for assistance if we encounter any problems.
