Ok experience on front end
My experience with the sales side was great, however, the delivery side was not so great. However, it was explained of their company challenges. But more communication would of help the experience. Beyond delivery service seems to be a pain in the butt.

Love our X7 Hot tub
We recently were in the market for a new hot tub and felt Bullfrog offered the best quality for the price. My wife and I are very glad we pulled the trigger on this product and highly recommend them to all of our friends! Looking forward to many happy evenings relaxing in our new Spa.

Day 1 spa has significant leak and needs to be replaced.
The one day old spa had a significant leak when pump number 2 was turned on. The technician came out and quickly determined the manifold behind one of the seats was defective. As the spa is was installed less than 24 hours earlier the store was going to order a replacement spa. I have not yet received a delivery date for the new replacement spa. At this point I am unsure if purchasing a Bullfrog spa was a good choice.

Good Hot Tub/ Zero Customer Service
So far so good . Called the emergency hot line for Bullfrog . It was not answered. Nor was a return call ever returned . So customer service gets a 0.

Very relaxing & enjoyable, still in the honeymoon phase.
Still in the 2 1/2 week honeymoon phase, but loving the hot tub! Simple and easy to maintain using the Frog @ease system, bought the smaller X5L - works great for my wife and I.

Get the blue tooth option
Unit meets all my expectations, except for the blue tooth capability. I was able to add it on, but was disappointed it was not offered upfront when I purchased the unit.

My Bullfrog Spas is a lemon
Buyer Beware of Bullfrog Hot Tubs… I should have read the reviews before purchasing my M-9 $30,000 hot tub I’ve had problem after problems. My dealer seems good and responds, the warranty guy has been out a few times but my (expensive)hot tub is not resolved. The control panel would work sometimes and not others, the breaker switches off like it should but we are a newly constructed home so my amps are not the problem. It has a mind of its own, all jets come on at random then shut off, no reason things started not working. Then we came home and the inferior locks broke off, the tub emptied itself onto the concrete and then shut itself off, we returned and were very disappointed. The warranty guy came out and replaced the panel but it still has quirks. The top & lock are ridiculous and a “ Huge Liability for Bullfrog” and this serves as notice to them. The wind can slam it down as the locking hydraulic lifts break and/or don’t work, it will hit you so hard it could knock one out or break a neck, this is a lawsuit waiting to happen, it is eminent. Next we were home and heard a loud thud. We went out and the tubs lid completely ripped off the top lid lift system completely breaking it off the tub throwing it on the ground. The dealer came out and replaced both side hinge lift arms and also new (old) lock that worked before Bullfrog changed to this new stupid design. The warranty guy said the main computer or brain to the 30k hot tub needs replacing but Bullfrog said No, really … Sadly being gone this first year a lot and the tub not working a lot, we’ve only gotten to enjoy it maybe 10 time in one year, that s a $3,000 use per use tubbing, not good. I have hot tubs since I was 30, I’m 70 now and the highly expensive hot tub has been my worse. Stick to a different brand and you/we don’t need a $30,000 useless liability of a hot tub. I wish they’d just take it back, refund and place a 10k hot tub in its place… Bullfrog could use this lemon tub to study how to make them b...

Love our hot tub, we use it probably 2-3 times a week. Only gripe are the cost and lack of warranty around head rest replacement. We’ve had the hot tub for a little over 2 years and the pillows are already bubbling. To replace them, I was quoted 56$ a piece, which puts me at over 200$. We vent our tub after weekly cleanings, so kind of disappointing. Other than that, we are enjoying hot tub life.
