Customer service sucks!

I recently purchased a Bullfrog Spa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless. The staff at Bullfrog were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate through the various options, making it easy for me to find a spa that fit my needs and budget. Delivery was on time, which is always a plus, and the team that set up my spa was courteous and professional. They took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and answered all of my questions. The best feature of the Bullfrog Spa is the mineral/chlorine cartridge system. This setup has simplified maintenance significantly. I don’t have to hire a separate spa company to manage the monthly upkeep, which saves both time and money. The system helps keep the water clean and balanced with minimal effort on my part. My experience with Bullfrog Spas has been fantastic!

I have had my hot tub for 4 years. I was introduced to this wonderful spa by Pam at the Avondale location in AZ. She was exceptional, well educated in the world of hot tubs as I had checked many places before Bullfrog and believed it to be the best option. Pam explained that she wants all her customers to have an "Experience when they get in their hot tub". 4 years later and numerous attempts I started having trouble with my chemicals. I learned Pam left the location in AZ but was in town. I called her and Bless her for rescuing me. She came to my home and spent time cleaning and walking me thru what i should and should not being doing as there were a few things I clearly was not educated in. She spent several hours and said that each customer deserves to have a great experience and good customer service. What business sales person follows thru like this. I ran a customer service department myself and I hope that myemployees were as concerned and followed thru like she has even after this much time has passed. Thank you so very much Pam.

Well I did not know how easy bullfrog really works day 3. Of an enjoyment! Easy to balance water - Easy to operate the Foot jets are awesome! I have owned 3 other brands this by far has been the best! Purchased through Costco local company Jones pool took care of the rest ! The jet packs work well!

We love, love, love our Bullfrog A7L hot tub! We love that we could customize the jet packs to suit our trouble areas. It’s a great way to start and end the day - we’ve never slept so well! Highly recommend!

Bullfrog store was super helpful with water chemistry

We bought a used R7. Delivery was right on schedule. Shayne in showroom has been most helpful. Had one minor service call and was great. Tech was most helpful for a new owner. I've used the spa almost every day for 2 months now.

We purchased our first Bullfrog in 2017. With a move into a new house, we needed a new Bullfrog spa. We went with the A7D double lounger. The newer spas are more refined with more comfortable headrests and a more finished appearance in the jet packs. We recessed the spa in the deck for easy access/egress. Our dealer was excellent and recommended the Covermate III, which works with the recess and provides a nice privacy barrier behind the spa. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we did not realize how much noise and vibration would transfer to the house during water care cycles. We are now used to it and it is less noticeable as we fill our house and it picks up all the other sounds (e. g. , computer fans, music). This is our forever house and we feel like we also have our forever spa.

We have loved our S200 spa for the past couple of months. Still getting used to maintaining the water quality, but the folks at the store have been great to work with and have guided us wonderfully. They are quite responsive to our requests as well!

We are getting great enjoyment and use from our Bullfrog hot tub. It is great for soothing sore muscles and helping us relax.

We love our hot tub!!! We use it every day…and sometimes twice a day!! One of the best purchases we have ever made…and is enjoyed by many family and friends!!
