My family always have spun, and due to the corona virus, all of our studios have closed down. We have always used Keiser bikes in our spin classes, so we were looking for one during this time. We were able to get our bike quickly and safely. We were so happy to find out that Brands Cycle was a dealer. The team at Brands - Dan and the rest of the staff - were so helpful and even set up the bike for me in the shop so that I could pick it up already assembled. They even helped me place it in my vehicle. We are so satisfied with the quality of the bike. It came with a bike mat, a heart monitor, and a removable padded seat. Even though this is a pricey spin bike, the quality cannot be beat and it is worth the extra money. You will use it for years!

I ordered an Elite smart trainer online. The trainer arrived ahead of schedule. I needed a tool to install the cassette which Brands shipped to me immediately. Also, they upgraded my trainer because the one I ordered was out of stock--all at no additional charge to me. This was my first order from Brands but I was really impressed and am quite pleased with my trainer and Brands' excellent customer service.

Bought a folding bike sight unseen from them (I am on the West Coast), which needed some adjustment and had a flat tire on arrival. They have terrific customer support and were very easy to deal with to get the minor problems taken care of! Love my Dahon folding bike and hoping to take it on many trips! I would do business with them again for sure.

The product arrived in decent time but I had no idea where they were. I was told I would get a email with the tracking of my purchase but I never received the tracking. But I am pleased with the product I bought.

I ordered the incorrect item by mistake. I called the following morning and they took care of the change to the order without any issue. Order was shipped that day and arrived two days later (day after New Years) Excellent service !! Will do business with again!!
