I recently was looking online for Shimano S-Phyre shoes and came across Brands Cycle who had the best price and selection. Because of inconsistent sizing in shoes I ordered 2 different sizes. The order was delivered quickly. When I sent the too small pair of shoes back I received a credit instantly. Also had one phone call with very friendly helpful staff member. I’m looking forward to future shopping here for my cycling needs.

I ordered the Saris H3 Hammer combo (with cassette). Living/riding in Central Iowa, I don't exactly have mountains to climb. But the H3 with the Rouvy app certainly does! It's awesome! It's easy to set up, really quiet, and provides a MUCH MUCH better workout than any of the trainers that use rolling resistance! I had a small issue with my order, but one quick email and the Brands Cycle folks took care of it immediately! I couldn't be happier!

What a disappointment, 2 and 1/2 weeks for a simple repair. When I finally picked my bike up, I was told to go into the first cashier. There were 4 cashiers standing there and no one even acknowledged me standing there. There was no one else in the shop! I finally had to ask “can some one help me?” So rude.

I never write reviews but this was such a good experience I felt obligated to get on here. I recently ordered a pair of cycling shoes and they had the most excellent customer service I have ever dealt with. Fast, efficient, easy to work with, friendly - if you are looking to spend money on bike equipment, do it here. You won’t regret it! + FAST shipping.

I purchased a bicycle tailgate pad for my new truck. It did not fit unfortunately. Brand Cycle does not offer return shipping. The shipping cost in the item was 68 dollars!!! Over half of the purchase price!!! I have dealt with Backcountry.com and they always supply a shipping label for a nominal fee.

Just wanted to thank everyone with brands cycle there online shopping website is very easy to navigate they do a great job communicating your order status, ordered the part on Sunday received it early afternoon Wednesday. Lots of bike shops out there, but my first choice will be brands cycle thanks Doug

The helmets there are lovely. They fit were well especially for young ones. I'm glad there's a variety of different options.

These bikes here are wonderful. Love the variety of bikes there are in the store from young to intermediate.

I ordered some tires and was very excited to get them. A few days after I placed my order I noticed I had a pending refund on my account. My order was cancelled without explanation. When I reached out to them to get some clarification I was ignored. I’ve yet to hear back from them.

I got an add for SRAM eagle xx1 asx drivetrain and it came with cranks but the cranks were for SRAM eagle gx which is much lower quality than the carbon xx1 asx counterparts. Also not to mention the components were not the standard rainbow color as they should be. If anyone buys this you’re getting scammed

I feel i owe a big thank you to Regina and Sean. This team kept in touch with me throughout the process to update me on my backordered item. I feel like i was a hard customer with all my questions and requests. Despite my requests, a backordered part and a pandemic this team made things happen! You guys are great and deserve to hear it. Bought yet another bike though brands and it was as easy as ever even during these crazy times with COVID 19. Helped me order a bike they didn’t have in stock (surly ogre) and gave me an accurate estimate of when they’d have it in stock and ready. My family has used brands for all our cycling needs since the late 1960’s and with the friendly and knowledgeable service we’ve received throughout the years, we will continue to use brands for years to come even if we move from the area.

I purchased a bicycle on the phone from a salesman that works at Brands Cycle and Fitness on June 2nd, 2020. It’s now June 28th, and they are NOT even returning my phone calls to tell me when my bicycle will arrive. I just want a phone call to confirm that the bicycle is coming.

Thank You To The Staff Today for the help they gave me with the Purchase of inner tubes. I learned about the difference in valve stems. And they kept the customer line moving in an efficient manner. Hats Off to them !! 👍👍💪

I ordered a child's bike seat from Brands and was so excited to receive it quickly. After assembling it, I realized that it was missing a bolt and a level piece. I emailed customer service, and within 2 days I received the missing parts. The customer service was excellent and I was impressed with how they handled my frustration. Amazing shop!
