Besides the dryer stopping blowing
Besides the dryer stopping blowing hot air And having send it back to get a new one twice since april . . I also have to spend 20 bucks every time to send it.

Excellent customer service! When my tool stopped blowing heat, I reached out right away. Within five minutes, they responded with instructions on how to send it back. As soon as they received my blow dryer, they immediately contacted me and shipped out a replacement. Truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their blow dryer is absolutely worth it—I couldn’t style my hair without it!

Very disappointed that you discontinued the three-quarter inch barrel used it for years and that can’t do that you no longer have that 1 inch too large for my use if you ever bring it back, would you please let me know email renemay@comcast.net

Great design, bad customerService
I have the Bioionic curling iron. I love the long want, but the cooling tip broke off in 13 months. I sent an email to the company with name and phone number and no one reached out. My salon also said that they had problems with The wand. Right after the one year warranty expired. Great design but bad customer Service.
