Never received anything worst customer service EVER

I ordered this on a Wednesday. Paid for two day shipping. For it on Monday. Throughout the checkout process, there was no indication that it would be longer than two days. I reached out and was told I could not get a refund on shipping. Be more clear in your checkout process. Give an estimated arrival date. Super sketchy to advertise two day shipping when in reality, it’s two day processing then two day shipping. Next time I’ll just order from Amazon and have it same day at zero shipping cost.

Great service and dryer

My hairstylist recommended this brush because I have super thick hair that is difficult to style while blow drying. So I need a brush that is firm that can grab and hold my hair. This brush is OK, I would say better than most. But I think the jury is still out for my hair, unfortunately. If you have medium to thin hair, you’ll probably love it.
