From the initial ordering process to the smooth delivery and easy install- We’ve loved every aspect- especially the finished product!

Our sink arrived in a large wooden crate, which was reassuring. We removed the bands/straps and the the dozen or so screws From the lid. It was well packed and protected, therefore no damage was noted. We are not ready for the installation yet, so we repacked it and screwed the lid back on. Our first impression, it is a well made hand crafted piece. You notice like subtle differences in the texture and colors, which is exactly what we wanted. We went with the rustic and it was even prettier than the sample that we used to select the finish and texture. We are looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. Jet and Dianna Thomas

We custom ordered this beautiful copper vent hood when remodeling our house last summer from Coppersmith. It is truly the focal point of the house now! It came in a big wooden crate and the fan insert in another box. The fan insert was damaged in transit. I contacted Coppersmith and they sent another quickly. Another point I would like to say is the fan is not loud and works great! I would recommend Coppersmith if you are wanting a beautiful and quality vent hood!

The craftsmanship is impeccable - it reminds me of the body work of a classic car. It was also very straightforward to install.

Hood came out beautiful and staff were all professional. I did however had an unexpected delay when the hood reached the 3rd party deliverer. All in all I’m so glad I decided on Coppersmith
