As a commercial contractor, I can’t say enough about how great and easy it was to work with Coppersmith. The final dimensions of the custom range hood and insert we purchased were spot on. Adjusting the dimensions was streamlined and simple and they were extremely responsive to requests for information and specs on the unit we purchased. The provided CAD drawings and documentation were clear and easy to read. The unit we ordered was delivered early, undamaged, and was in pristine condition…it even came with white gloves for our subs to install it with (and they did) and that was a nice touch as it preserved the finish as we closed out our project. The unit was just installed early for our client and they could not be more pleased…it ties the whole kitchen together and is really stunning. Thank you Coppersmith! I was looking for a copper that would replace a stainless steel sink. Coppersmith stepped up and helped me throughout the whole process (design to delivery). The sink was very well packed (wooden crate) with no damage. Even though the sink was a 1/4” off from the cad drawing the sink still worked. Looks great and recommends Coppersmith!!
