As a commercial contractor, I can’t say enough about how great and easy it was to work with Coppersmith. The final dimensions of the custom range hood and insert we purchased were spot on. Adjusting the dimensions was streamlined and simple and they were extremely responsive to requests for information and specs on the unit we purchased. The provided CAD drawings and documentation were clear and easy to read. The unit we ordered was delivered early, undamaged, and was in pristine condition…it even came with white gloves for our subs to install it with (and they did) and that was a nice touch as it preserved the finish as we closed out our project. The unit was just installed early for our client and they could not be more pleased…it ties the whole kitchen together and is really stunning. Thank you Coppersmith! It's been very good with the communication. I unfortunately haven't been able to see it. I'm in Florida and the hood will be installed in Colorado and was delivered there. The contractor has taken care of that part. Excited to see everything this Spring. That will be the first time to actually see it. So I have no photos yet.
