Our range hood is amazing !!!! It is of the highest quality . . you can tell it was built by a very skilled craftsman. . . the only one complaint is that our range hood did get held up in customs for quite awhile . . they are made by craftsman all over the world. (well thats what makes them a work of art ) The delay in shipping is a problem unfortunately they have little control over .

Worth the wait for the sink & glad I got the accessories of the drain and sponge rack.

I got SO many samples before making my final texture and finish decision because copper, or black or stainless steel were all finishes found in my kitchen. Michael Ciparelli answered a variety of questions as I thought of them. I ordered one to fit a Vent-a-hood insert which I bought elsewhere and Coppersmith made the natural copper bouquet-hammered hood to fit the insert perfectly! The hood had no flaws and came in a crate I hate to dispose of! I'm looking forward to the natural patina developing, but it looks beautiful even before that happens. I will send photos in a day or two. It's too dark to take a nice one tonight.

Haven't installed yet but so far everything has been magnificent. Minor hiccup with the shipping service but was handled expediently.

We chose Coppersmith after an unfortunate experience with another company and I can’t believe the difference! From the first interaction with our rep, Alex, my contractor and I knew we were in good hands. He spent time answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns, samples were sent (TONS of them with no hesitation), and there was no pressure or hard upsell. In fact, we ended up spending twice his original recommendation after we saw the samples, just because they were so beautiful. Because of the delay resulting from the error made by our first manufacturer, we were two months behind schedule. Alex did everything he could to speed up delivery and we received our hood a month before the expected delivery date with no compromise in design or quality. The end result was truly stunning. Far beyond what I expected. My contractor even commented that it was exceptional and one of the highest quality hoods he has ever installed. We would recommend Coppersmith to anyone considering a range hood without hesitation.

Great support from start to finish. Range Hood arrived well packed in a wooden crate. During installation our general contractor had questions, an actual person answered the phone and answered the questions. The copper finish pairs great with our oak cabinets!
