It's been very good with the communication. I unfortunately haven't been able to see it. I'm in Florida and the hood will be installed in Colorado and was delivered there. The contractor has taken care of that part. Excited to see everything this Spring. That will be the first time to actually see it. So I have no photos yet.

We used CopperSmith for a new hood for a major remodel of our kitchen. It was the perfect complement to some great backsplash tile our designer found and the cherry wood cabinets we chose. The ordering and specification process was efficient and thorough, ensuring a perfectly clean installation. If you're considering ordering from them, be sure to request samples early. The website is pretty good, but there's no substitute for seeing the metal that you're ordering. And production takes quite a while, so order early.
