We chose Coppersmith after an unfortunate experience with another company and I can’t believe the difference! From the first interaction with our rep, Alex, my contractor and I knew we were in good hands. He spent time answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns, samples were sent (TONS of them with no hesitation), and there was no pressure or hard upsell. In fact, we ended up spending twice his original recommendation after we saw the samples, just because they were so beautiful. Because of the delay resulting from the error made by our first manufacturer, we were two months behind schedule. Alex did everything he could to speed up delivery and we received our hood a month before the expected delivery date with no compromise in design or quality. The end result was truly stunning. Far beyond what I expected. My contractor even commented that it was exceptional and one of the highest quality hoods he has ever installed. We would recommend Coppersmith to anyone considering a range hood without hesitation.

Aside from the obvious (the hood is GORGEOUS), the customer service is amazing; the staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The shipment arrived very well packaged and protected. Designing the hood was easy with their visual and user-friendly website.
