Shipping did take longer than expected.

It took a long time for wig to be shipped then to be delivered. I called the company and was told to email by a recorded message. The company did not respond to the email. I could not speak to a person at the company.

I have been generally pleased with the service received. For a number of years I purchased the Gabor wig called Instinct,but the last two I bought were different, in that the top and front had previously been filled with wavy silver hair. The final two had almost no silver hair and it was not wavy. The result was a very unflattering look. I am now trying to find a new wig, preferable a petite size, which is suitable.

I ordered on 5/28 and expected it within 9 days (as advertised) but glad it came via priority mail. Arrived 6/24 In great condition, LOVE the color (this is a new one for me) and SO GLAD to find an ultra petite !!!!
