From my experience, you only have to use the wrong vendor once to realize how great certain others really are. The wig quality matters and also how the item is delivered means a whole lot. Having a company you can speak to also helps. Yours is one of the very GOOD companies to deal with re wigs.

These folks need to respond to inquiries in a better manner. Took too long to receive the wig and when I inquired that took a long time to get back to me.

Ordered 4 wigs mid May-didn’t receive the first for weeks. Several weeks later received 2more which I returned and have received no acknowledgment or credit for. Just received “Winner” 7/15! Find communication rather difficult!
