Supposedly has been shipped the day after I inquired that it had been more than 30 days since ordered.

Maybe they once were but this company is no longer reliable! This is the second time I have ordered from Wilshire and both times now, had a problem. First time they resolved it — huge delay on delivery - multiple emails sent by me - they never responded but did send the wig. Eventually. I should have known better to try them again. I ordered my wig in January and it still has not arrived. I was charged without ever receiving an order confirmation! They never answer their phones and do not respond to multiple attempts at emails. This company seems to be fraudulent. Do not order from them! I know I never will again.

I have been a happy customer of yours for many years, but I was frustrated by the way this order was handled: 1) I couldn’t find the discount code this time until after placing my order and I couldn’t find a way to cancel or adjust the order to add it. 2) I received conflicting tracking emails - one with both ordered items and the other with only one. Then the tracking showed that the one with both items was canceled. No explanation was ever given for this and no notification was given when the second shipment was made. Furthermore, order status showed as complete before my second wig was even shipped. 3) After all that, the more expensive wig (which is not returnable) looked awful on me, so I am stuck with a wig that I can’t use (but that’s on me). I still intend to buy my wigs from you because of my good experiences in the past and because you carry wigs that I can wear that do look like I am wearing a wig.

Shipping times no where close to timeline promised on website. Shipping label was created 2+ weeks before the item was delivered to USPS - then it took another week+ to receive my order. I've been a customer of Wilshire Wigs for years, but this was the last order I'll ever make. Went to a competitor and received the exact hairpiece a week after I ordered it. Wilshire shipping time was just under a month - even though the website promises "2 to 9 business days".

Didn’t receive it

I forgot I had ordered this wig. It did take some time to get, but it is winter right now.

I tried calling was referred to email. I sent an email - no response. I called again and left a message and still no response. The wig showed up weeks later and looked like it was a return. Very unhappy and am returning it.
