I ordered Winner Premium on
I ordered Winner Premium on August 19 and by September 4 had not received it. I emailed Customer Service twice and then got a reply. In all it took 3 weeks to get to me which is quite slow as other sites can deliver Welch wigs in a more timely manner. I do appreciate what customer service did for me and will buy from Wilshire again and hope the next purchase arrives faster.
