I love my new Gaggia Accademia. It does take some time for it to calibrate itself and once it gets there it's great. It is also fun to try out new drinks and it is so quick and easy. I love being able to tweak my drink and then saving that tweak! It was also great to have a 15 minute zoom call with the barista. That was very helpful. It was a little intimidating at first with the maintenance, but one you do it a few times its really easy.

Wonderful company. Everything is shipped carefully and arrives in a reasonable timeframe. I love that I had a consultation prior to purchase with sales to look at the Profitec Drive in detail and ask questions. The library of resources for my machine is impressive, as are all the very helpful videos! I chose WLL because of the customer service, and I'm very happy I did!

Good machine so far. The switch seemed not to be installed correctly as it sticks out a little- a manufacturing default but it doesn't effect the operation of it.
