I just bought my new machine, then one of our barista's broke a piece on it. I was able to talk to a real person right away and they helped me find the exact piece, and sent it out for free even though it wasn't under warranty. They even included some more goodies! I spoke with a customer service rep before finally placing my order on my MUCH researched espresso machine, as I had missed the deadline of a promo they were doing due to my child breaking her arm which proved to be a multi-day distraction for me. The agent was very understanding and managed to find a way to apply a different special promo to my cart which equaled the original one that had been offered on Gaggia machines. Plus, the new promo applied to ALL items in my cart, which was so nice as I had added a few upgrade items (wooded handled tamp, walnut steamer knob and portafilter). Not only was the agent helpful but she was very kind and knowledgable. Shipping was quicker than expected and I was all set up within a week! I'm very pleased with my first purchase from Whole Latte Love and have already recommended them to our family friends for their machine!

Extremely happy with my new grinder—arrived on time & very well packed. Set up was a breeze, & I highly recommend Whole Latte Love’s related tutorial videos. It’s surprisingly quiet! I’m still experimenting with grind settings to 'dial it in' & the burrs are still seasoning, so I'm seeing a bit more static/retention than I hope to see long-term, but it's already showing great potential.
