I wish the shipping was faster.

Whole Latte Love has always been a reliable company to purchase from. I’ve had consistently good experiences buying espresso machines, accessories, and other coffee-related items from them. Good selection, knowledgeable service, and a company I feel comfortable buying from. Highly recommended!

Good experience with customer support. Free shipping was slow but hey, it's free!

Excellent support! Makes me feel good about my purchase. I wish you guys had a physical flagship store it would be so cool!

did well

Great grinder.

Fast delivery. The package arrived securely and unharmed.

Fast delivery!

Pleasant experience with customer support. Love the products.

I haven’t had too much experience with Whole Latte Love’s customer service as I just got this machine a month ago. I will say I do appreciate after making my purchase I was emailed some how-to videos to learn about my machine so I could be fully prepared when it arrived. And shipping was fast, smooth and not a scratch on the box! Thank you so much for everything! :)

Good

Completive pricing. Fast delivery. Great customer service.

Great service. Fast shipping and well packaged.

I got the front panel fairly quick. I don’t feel it should’ve broken in a few months. Other than that, I’m totally satisfied with the coffee maker

Arrived quickly and in good condition.

Awesome merchant!

Shipping was quick and everything was packaged well and came as advertised.

Always the best place to buy my coffee equipment. Have been doing so for over 20 years now.

Product came quickly. My one complaint is that I had to go pick it up at a CVS because they were unable to deliver it to my door.

Great customer service and pricing. Made the process easy
