Great

Excellent gaggia reseller and committed to excellent service. I trusted buying a refurbished gaggia breva and I wasn’t disappointed. It works like a charm. Time will tell but I plan on taking good care of it. I only use RO water in it so descaling won’t be an issue. It isn’t loud and you get a fine espresso in under a minute. That’s a game changer after having to measure out beans, grind and then pack and tamp and waiting for water to heat up. Much easier to make a cup before rushing out the door in the morning. Super easy clean up that takes seconds.

Good overall service

Shipping was quick and uneventful -- not always the case in Hawaii. Everything checked out.

Tim was excellent at helping me diagnose my espresso machine problem and guiding me through what to order and how to repair my machine at home.

Great product, but when I got the machine I noticed the two side panels loose, upon close inspection I noticed that two bolts were loose , or the two nuts tightening the bolts were missing . I still haven’t fixed this issue , but it would be practical to inspect and make sure the machine is completely out togheter properly before you send them consumers. But otherwise everything is ok . Thanks for the service . 👍

Whole Latte Love is exceptional! I have been ordering coffee and coffee makers since 2009 and I love their selection, prices and quick shipping!

Works great, has really added consistency to my shots! Easily adjustable, no need to tamp. I highly recommend this tool!

Hello, I live in Venezuela. I received my Gaggia Classic Up yesterday, and I'm so grateful and happy with it. I'm learning how to use it. I'm very pleased with my new purchase.
