I like the fact that there are several YouTube videos showing how to use and care for the machine.

Shipping time was decent. The box arrived very dented, but so far the grinder works fine. Power cord arrived with a minor cut near the base of the grinder; hopefully it doesn’t cause any issues in the future. Overall happy with this company and will be buying more products from them in the future.
