Always good to deal with WLL!

Wonderful experience

Awesome fast shipping

Great

Great experience! Easy ordering, fast shipping and very good packaging!

Quick shipping and well packaged. I feel I got a good deal on the 10 bags I ordered

Shipping and communication were fine and dandy

USPS delivered it to the wrong building but that's no fault of the Whole Latte Love team. I ended up getting the beans I needed in the end. Thank you.

WLL company did a fine job on double packing the machine and I received it in about 5 business days from NYC to the midwest via UPS.

Always awesome.

Showed up a day earlier than anticipated. Packed well. Bought refurbished and love the machine. Great first time buying experience with WLL.

Flawless experience.

I was amazed at how fast I received my order! I was quite pleased! Thank you!

Good frothy my temp guage

Of course I enjoy watching the videos. I believe this is the second item I've bought for your company. Well done guys.

We called on three different occasions to talk to your experts while we shopped for our new espresso grinder. Everyone we talked to was patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful with their suggestions. We ended up going with one of the machines recommended on our last call, and we're thrilled with the product! Thanks Whole Latte Love for the great customer service!

Whole Latte Love goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service every time!

Thank you

Spec wise this grinder is fantastic. One star removed for the first unit I received having the power cycling issue. The new replacement has been going strong for the first few days as I season. Super quiet. A bit hard to turn the grind setting while running the motor. Build quality feels very sturdy so reliability is the only concern. Whole Latte Love support was excellent to deal with for getting the replacement free of charge and I would happily do business with them again.

Shipment was very quick, less than a week from NY to CA and package wasn't damaged, only slightly dinged on the outer box, probably from carrier handling. Overall great price (for the colored version), quick shipment, I'm very pleased.
