I am one week into using my new espresso machine. So far all of the drinks I have made are to my liking. The temperature of the drinks is plenty hot enough for me. Machine is pretty easy to use and has plenty of different drink options.

I was a bit skeptical about flat burrs (too many YouTube videos) But this grinder is excellent one with many settings allowing for precise grind size setting. This grinder seriously retain zero grams of coffee. I get the same exact weight of ground coffee as the weight of beans. The king dial has 3 steps and 19 sub-steps for each step. It is a continuous adjustment (as opposed to stepped adjustment) so you can find the exact spot that fit your needs. Even the smallest move between two lines makes a difference in extraction. So far I only tested it with espresso but I'm sure it will do great with coarse grind for pour over. I got the Ferrari Red whoch looks great next to the Bezzera Unica. The 10-Year warranty on the motor is a proof the manufacturer is confident about their products.
