So much fun wrapped up in a small package. We have limited counter space and the Bezzera Aria has all the bells and whistles without being a counter hog. We're still learning, but we are loving the quality of espresso we're extracting. Coffee pucks drop out with ease and milk froths at the same time as the coffee extraction thanks to the heat exchanger. I've had barista training with Whole Latte Love which has been helpful to get the machine dialed in. I'm looking forward to taking my coffee making to the next level with latte art.
