QR for documentation was for another machine. Request for video assistance, which is a service, wouldn’t be avail for over a month. I did get a reply from service which apologised and stated they would discuss with management about shortcomings. Otherwise machine was delivered as stated and good working order😊

Amazing machine and makes a great latte, americano, coffee and just plain steamed milk for my kids. Multiple customizable features and great customer service (thanks Mel!). I do wish it could make the steamed milk hotter for my lattes, but not a major issue since to come out tasing great!
