Frustrated with the way the machine was packaged. Upon opening and removing the machine from the box, i dropped the bag containing the accessories because of the way it was put in the package and broke the milk carafe. I was offered a 50% coupon to buy a replacement. Somewhat annoying since it was hardly my fault that it fell when I took the machine out of the box. Other than that, shipping was fast and I did receive immediate help from customer service with my broken milk carafe issue.
