From doing my product search to making a purchase & delivery I cannot really complain. I found the site to work well if a little fiddly to view the description of goods. The whole process works well. The only problem I came across is I tried to order a glass teapot but they were out of stock at least 10days coming up to Christmas, which I can understand but it is a bit frustrating. Other than that I'm totally happy with my purchase. I'm housebound so couldn't go out to make my purchase. If the stock online could be monitored a little closer to avoid disappointment that may help.

Order arrived in expected timeframe. Sadly a couple of items arrived with some damage (squashed pot and dented stacking tin) - unclear if occurred before packing or from items hitting each other during transit - if the latter, some recycled shredded paper (for example) inside the packing could prevent this. Quality of items superb aside from the damage, the hot chocolate is delicious and the stacking tins look great as a gift.
