I found the app easy to navigate and find what i was looking for.

Good products with lots of choice. When you open the delivery box, the inside is covered with pictures, which makes it feel special, like receiving a gift.

This is my first online order of Whittard tea, as the store I would usually get it from has closed down. This tea to me is a very invigorating beverage. It is convenient to make- just add hot or cold water, my preference is hot. I would order again online

Quick delivery no problem with order

The initial company used to delivered my tea dumped it outside my office on the weekend and it was unsurprisingly stolen particular given the size and luxury standard the carrier box. I demanded my money back or a replacement and to my pleasant surprise without qwibble they took on my comment and got a different company to deliver to me the next day. Very pleasantly surprised and it’s lovely tea too! But yeah maybe use smaller boxes for smaller items bit of a waste of packaging.
