Coconut truffle flavoured white tea is the best ever concoction, for want of a better word! When you crave chocolate, but you know you'll regret it, a mug of coconut truffle more than hits the spot, and you most definitely won't be regretting it.

Because the items were out of stock, I was informed by email that my refund would be processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, after waiting for more than two weeks, I still had not received the refund. I contacted customer service to ask about the delay. Unfortunately, the representative was not very polite and suggested that there might be an issue with my bank account preventing the refund from going through. I then contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there were no problems or blocks on my account and that refunds should be received normally. After that, I informed Whittard customer service that my bank account was working properly and asked whether they could use another refund method. The customer service representative told me that their accounts team would contact me soon. However, that was four days ago, and I still have not received any call or update from Whittard. I am very disappointed with this company and will not shop online with them again.

I placed an order (#04497801) on June 30th and was told it would take 3-5 days. I needed it urgently for a social gathering on Friday evening, but I received absolutely no notification. ​When I checked the website, the status had been falsely updated to "Collected. " I have NOT collected the item, nor did I authorize anyone to do so. ​Trying to get help is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is completely automated by useless AI bots, and it is impossible to reach a human representative. I have sent multiple emails to their investigation and returns department but have received zero response. ​This is completely unacceptable. They take your money, don't deliver the goods, falsely claim you picked it up, and then hide behind an AI. Avoid this company at all costs! I
