Online shopping was easy, I chose to click and collect. In store Lorraine took the time to check all items to ensure no breakages had occurred during transit. I ended up buying more during collection. Thank you Lorraine for your help and kindness and thank you Whittards for the beautiful free gift and wonderful teas.

What a lovely shop! Well presented, always friendly staff and great atmosphere. Danielle, caught me chatting to my partner about coffee strengths and our desired choice. She quickly nabbed us and sold us the behind the counter beans. She talked me through the flavours and the intensities. She was friendly, hospitable and just oozed kindness. Will be a regular to this branch now as we love the coffee beans she suggested :)
