1st class customer service, excellent delivery time and perfectly packaged

Whittard of Chelsea’s hot chocolates were recommended to me, so I thought I’d give them a try and I’m so glad I did. I also received a free sample of coffee and it’s better than any I’ve ever tasted.

Quick delivery no problem with order

The initial company used to delivered my tea dumped it outside my office on the weekend and it was unsurprisingly stolen particular given the size and luxury standard the carrier box. I demanded my money back or a replacement and to my pleasant surprise without qwibble they took on my comment and got a different company to deliver to me the next day. Very pleasantly surprised and it’s lovely tea too! But yeah maybe use smaller boxes for smaller items bit of a waste of packaging.

Easy to order quick delivery all good

Great experience and customer service. If you ever experience a problem with the site, the associate at the store will sort it out for you. I really like the option to place the order online to hold for in-store pickup, and then pay at the store. It takes a lot of anxiety out of online shopping.

Shipping was a bit lame - - there is no projected delivery date once the order is complete - tracking at Yodel was faulty too - it showed “the product is with us” at the time of delivery Please consider improvements
