I regularly go through the North Terminal to catch my plane, and but was the first occasion that I had taken the time to check the Whittard concession. As it was Easter time, I wanted to come back with some gifts to offer to my loved ones. And I was not (and they were not as well!) disappointed :). Hershida has been absolutely exceptional! She was very professional and friendly, she knew her products very well and advised me to the best. I was able to smell the different options that she had laid out in front of me, and she gave me the time I needed to reach a conclusion of what I wanted to purchase. I come from a Luxury Retail background, so I know how it works. I was deeply pleased by her demeanour, she had the impeccable balance between service, professionalism, the need to sell, without being pushy. It was greatly appreciated. She really made my waiting time a lot better, and everyone who received a gift was delighted by it :). Thank you very very much Hershida, you are a true asset to Whittard! The concession was not very busy so I had the time to choose. She deserves a raise and a promotion! Her colleague as well, a gentleman, was also very kind, funny, very professional and knowledgeable. They both made me feel comfortable, acknowledged and pleased. I will come back next time I travel!

Excellent flavoured teas.

Good product; arrived quickly. Very good value for money. However, it was impossible to find a store to look at this product prior to purchase. We ordered it , and it is a great grinder. We did have a few issues with the way the manufacturer packaged the product. The rubber bellows were packed inside the hopper. This distorted the bellows reducing their effectiveness. We contacted the manufacturer, but didn’t really get a resolution. We’re hoping that they rejuvenate with time as we were told.

I have bought from Whittard for years. Both online and in the shops. It's expensive but as with everything, you get what you pay for. The products are high quality, the delivery & packaging is excellent and the staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Don't change Whittard! You're perfect as you are.
