I love the new Cafe Francais, however my latest subscription was missing the coffee. Whilst I understand there may be stock issues, I feel you should ask customers if they wish to choose a substitute- I now have NO coffee and will have to buy another brand

Love Whittard products

Speedy and yummy

When using next day delivery I have found on several occasions that DHL always have a delay and you never get next day delivery from them, so I’m paying for a service that is not being given, you need to look into this whittards

Amazing as always quick and efficient as with my coffee orders . Thank you

Well packaged and arrived as stated on Whittard delivery information

Not enough info on why you reformulated Cafe Francais and what is happening to current subscriptions.

Excellent as always

Always good service

Broken lid tried calling and got not response as powder everywhere and could not use

Sent an email notifying Whittard my delivery has gone astray, even supplying the tracking number. Had an acknowledgement but nothing else in the last 10 days. I get the impression they are not interested if things do not go to plan

Always a pleasure with Whittard! The packaging the hot chocolate came in was beautiful, as is the hot chocolate itself.

Please try to ship this tea to New Zealand

Excellent teas, coffees & hot chocolate, delivered promptly & well-packaged. There's a fantastic range to choose from.
