I visited the shop at Trentham today and the three staff who were on duty were all excellent and very welcoming to my and my dog. Diane was on the till and advised me of my extra benefits.

Staff are excellent online and in shops. all know there products of tea, hot chocolate and coffee.

My mom and I went to whittards at Trentham gardens 31st January as we was away the weekend with family the customer service and the staff was the nicest I've had in shops in ages after having a laugh and talking to Diane she pulled us aside and gave us 12 free tubs of any hot chocolates of our choice apparently due Whittard is 140 years old every staff member had to choose 1 customer to give this gift to they was wonderful and maid my day ❤️ x
