You can not find fault in any of the online purchasing system, the best quality materials used in packaging as in the shop only the very best packaging for every item whittards sell, right down to the strainer I purchased. Only the best. Customer services are faultless in my experience, both in store at Bridgend and online. Then there the exceptional quality products I am so pleased to be useing a product that is a good price and works. Dont change to much if your thinking about it, I like what I see.
