The shelf and bracket are pretty good. A slightly thicker metal would sturdy it up a bit more. I think just a thicker bracket would make a big difference, but it should be fine. The instructions really need to be redone. They leave off details and don't mention that the curtain rod needs to be installed before putting the shelf on, since you can't get to the bolts once it is in place. Mine was also missing a bolt but had extra of other items.

The rack fits the profile of the roof perfectly I think a lot of details went into the design of the rack. With all the cross bars in place it feels really solid

Quality and finish are great. Easy to install and very robust. With the low pro design you do need to be careful with your foot placement to not scratch your rig but I prefer it as it is cleaner and makes getting into challenging spaces easier.

First the rack looks fantastic! Beyond that it very stout and was easy to install. I watched the installation video, then tackled the install by myself. I was able to install without scratching my van thanks to the modular system. All needed hardware and no surprises. I also purchased the side ladder which I'm also very happy with.

Just what I needed to keep my windshield shade from rolling off and scaring my sleeping dig below.

Ladder does its job. Was slightly shorter than in the advertisement photos. Ended up drilling holes lower than the crossbar line to attach. Upside is more crossbar space options, downside is a little more cleanup. Be sure to fully check packaging! Was so efficient actually missed a part that was wrapped very well. I suggest parking on a fairly level surface or having a digital level to know your angles match.

Super easy to put together. Took a few hours. Crossbars really need to be slid in from an open side. Dropping them in doesn't happen even with the cutout spots in some areas. Might have to add some decks eventually but the solar attached easily. Used 8020 hardware instead of the self tapping scores normally provided.

Fits perfectly easy installation for just me.

Excellent product and customer service. Bought a rear step for our Sprinter and couldn’t be happier. It is a quality product and installation was just as easy as the video said it would be. Aces all around!

Best addition to the shelf and keeps front swivel seats useful when curtain is shut. Dont second guess it and get it. Shelf still came with traditional rod which was helpful to hang things on during trip, and I will be installing a second curtain on that to use when driving to isolate the cab.
