Installation was a breeze with the right tools. Was able to have it installed quickly and the bed supports my big ol frame and weight.

Love them - great quality. The caveat is that we needed to replace bolts because the heads were too thick for the track hardware to be positioned over or slide past. The bed rails that we purchased were high quality. Would definitely recommend both the track brackets and the rails.

Install went smoothly and the youtube install video was very helpful. Really nice product overall, well priced and shipped to me within a week. It also looks really good on the back of my van. Will likely be buying more WTA products in the future. 2 things missing from the install video were the hinge bracket spacers and the rear door bracket gasket. The instructions mentioned using the hinge bracket spacers if you had 180 degree hinges. I have these but the spacers werent really needed once everything was fitted up. I saw them on the parts table in the video but I dont think you guys really mentioned when you would need them. I installed the rear door bracket gasket between the L-bracket and drill plate so it wasnt fully metal to metal. I dont think that was in the video either.

I researched several headliner shelves for my 2025 Sprinter before I chose this L-Track shelf because 1) Reviews, and 2) It had holes in it so I could secure my items down with bungees to avoid having things slide around. The item was "out of stock" so I waited for a few months. . . and felt like a kid waiting for Christmas! It was worth it! The shelf is sturdy and functional. I decided not to add the felt liner because I wanted to access the holes in the shelf from the top surface. I have to be honest, right after install, the shelf was a little noisy while driving slow on city streets with potholes (with no items on top of the shelf), but after adding items, the noise disappeared. Whew! So happy. I highly recommend this product. White Top Adventures customer service is great too. :-)

The shelf came to be within three days and in great condition. It looks good. Is strong and sturdy. And was easy to install.

Bent drawer slide. Likely in shipping straightened it out with a mallet. Likely happened in shipping. Otherwise great product
