I can't say enough about how pleased I am with White Top Adventures. We ordered a similar product from another company and the support brackets wouldn't fit on the grab handle. We then ordered from WTA, and again the brackets didn't fit, I told them I'd be happy to help them and they agreed and quickly manufactured brackets that fit (Ford changed the mounting points for 2026). Again, awesome product, easy install, and one of the more fantastic companies I've worked with in a while. Highly Recommend.

Everything is near perfect. My solar panel (250w Renogy) was about 3/16 in too long to fit perfectly between the side bars without having to put pressure on the solar panel. The guys at White Top provided me with extra washers to provide the tiny gap. If doing the same panels, I suggest getting the washers before you install. Doing it after caused a few expletives as my fingers dropped the washers 100 times. Also, make sure to mount the brackets to your solar panel first. Tightening the bolts when it is in place is nearly impossible. I had to take the panel back out, mount them, put in the extra washers, etc. which turned a relatively simple 2hr. task into all day frustration. Avoid it. It was my own fault, but knowing ahead of time will save you time and a handful of swear words.

Solid products and very comparable to other brands that cost twice as much. Customer service is top notch and would definitely be buying from them again.

I purchased the rack, got a 250w solar panel to put on the rack and installed it all with very little difficulty. When I realized that the solar panel is about a quarter inch wider than the rack, they provided washers to close the gap a little. Everything looks great and provides the frame for my solar and decking.

I installed the roof rack this weekend. It is awesome, the instructions were perfect and all the parts fit amazingly well. Thank you!

Just installed my Bed System in my 2024 Sprinter Crew and love it! Solid construction and easy assembly. The support from Whitetop Adventures is also top notch. Thank you guys! If I had to make one critical remark it would be that the components I received were slightly different from the instructions but nothing that would prevent someone from installing. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

I shopped several companies for exterior van upgrades and White top Adventures was the best. Roof rack fit perfectly in the factory preset locations. Really stout durable powder coated metal. looks great on the van !

Great Sprinter Van product. Install videos are amazingly helpful and 100% spot on. I did this over 2 days, Drivers side first - then passenger side. About 3ish / 4ish hours for each moving slowly. In case anyone is looking for information on compatibility with under mounted water or waste tanks on the passenger side - which I could not find anywhere - my opinion is that this is compatible as long as your passenger side tank isn’t too long. There are two angle braces for the passenger side and you can put them wherever you like. I have not installed the aft bracket yet, and the step is completely stable - but I will install it after my passenger side under-mounted tank goes in. FYI - I have an S&B 16 Gal passenger side tank. It is nice that the bolt sizes are mostly consolidated (maybe 3 sizes, and one is for a quick connection). This massively simplifies things. My roof rack was much more complicated because I was constantly trying to find the right bag. I can’t speak to durability having just completed this project - but the installation was fairly smooth. The only hiccup was that I didn’t cut enough of the undercoating back with the razor blade on the passenger side after frame bracket. This meant one of my holes was too far to the edge of the frame - which was solved with a washer. But this was on me. The video clearly stated to cut in pretty far so you have the real estate for drilling.
