Unfortunately I have been able to look at the product because I had to leave town the day it arrived. During the shipping process an emergency came up. I contacted whitetop to help arrange delivery. The man I spoke with (I wish I could remember his name) was wonderful and did everything he could to help me. I may edit this once I am able to open the package but after seeing how they prioritize customers I am not worried that there will be any issues.

The storage Gen 2 is great quality, as described, shipped the next day, arrived in great condition and on-time. The service and product met my expectations as WTA sets a high bar.

Shelf is AWESOME—However the shelf cover doesn’t work/fit on the PleasureWay Plateau TS, because of the bathroom wall, right behind the drivers seat.

Great tire/ladder rack combo that was well built and arrived quickly. The referenced video was well done and very easy to follow.

The kits look really great! I am having the L-Track installed and onto our first Grand Canyon safari.

Able to carry spare tire along with having a sturdy ladder. Killed two birds with one stone.

Perfect awning to hang out in the shade. Very sturdy and heavy. I would recommend a 2nd set of hands for install.

Installation was a breeze with the right tools. Was able to have it installed quickly and the bed supports my big ol frame and weight.
