They were great and easy for return

These boat shoes are SUPER! Fit like Cinderella's glass slipper but inside soft and spongy, appear to be very sturdy also and comfortable to the point where I did not want to take them off which is very unusual for me as a retiree who has spent decades on my feet. So glad to have them.

I have liked all the shoes ive purchased by or from Western Chief.

I hope I can return and get a smaller size on the clogs.

No problems at all

I received a pair of rain boots for Christmas last year and the 2nd time I wore them they were holding water. I called and customer service was extremely nice and helpful and sent me another pair, however they too also hold water. I sure wouldn’t use them for rain boots bc sitting at work with no socks on my feet was not cool at all. I work in healthcare and you know how cold it is in there.

I ordered on July 13th. They shipped the product and I have NEVER received it. I live in Idaho and it shows delivered in Ketchikan AK 8 days later? I reached out to the service department....still unresolved. I asked for a refund and was told They would refund when I returned the boots. 15 days later and still no boots.

Love the boots, but they smell, I have an air freshener right near where I have them in my bedroom but as soon as you walk in that’s all you can smell is rubber? What can I do to get rid of the smell?

I find all of your products to be of great quality, but this time the sandal was too big and I needed to return it for a smaller size. Then the nightmare began. I tried numerous times to contact you at the number listed for Washington Shoe Co. It was either after hours or weekends, but I finally got through to your answering machine. Never a real person. The machine either hung up on me or wouldn't let me leave word. So next, I tried calling Western Chief and after many tries the answering machine gave me an email contact. I left a message and they emailed me back with instructions on how to return the shoes. However, I don't have a printer to print out a return label and the information form. So, now I make a trip to Staples and print and pay for the label. Then, of course, a trip to the post office. This all took about 2 weeks and was very frustrating. I might mention that I am an 82 year old great grandma purchasing sandals for a great-granddaughter. I began to wonder if summer would be over before she could wear the shoes. Most of the catalog purchases that I make include a return label with the product. This was a crazy waste of my time. And at my age I really don't have a lot of that.

Western Chief replaced my boots that had a defect, and were under warranty. They shipped out a new pair so promptly. Great company!
