The best comfortable pair of boots, I bought ever.

These boots are awful with keeping your feet warm. They claim to be rated for -70 degrees and my feet were cold in 20 degree weather even with wearing an added wool sock layer. The customer service does not care to change or help the situation claiming "the -70 means that's what the material can endure not the warmth it provides. " I expected much more and was very disappointed. I do not recommend these boots or this company.

Waterproof and insulated muck boots have been a big improvement for the kids comfort while doing chores. Their feet stay warm and dry. Its the mud season here, and these boots have been a huge improvement. Shipping took longer than expected but the customer service was outstanding when I inquired about arrival date and shipping status.

I have waited too long for my boots I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied I will not order from here again… I should get a refund.

Generally like its products well. Garden shoes-I prefer rubber to plastic. I have a rubber garden clog that tore a bit. I’m hoping to hear from them soon about replacement but first ever defect. I like WC styles and quality. I will buy again.

Order the shipping going out is slow or updates . I have a whole Mining crew would be interested in purchasing boots but we are waiting on the first boots and how they hold up to order several pairs

Excellent Service. Had issues receiving package from Post Office. Western Chief resolved the issues and sent aother pair of boots using a different carrier Was not expecting this Didn't aask them to, since it wasn't their fault. They jus did it. They will definitely get repeat business from me.

Just gto to wearing boots yesterday and fit good even tho they seem a little wide but i might just have to wear thicker socks. So far so good!!!!

I am extremely happy with the boots. The only thing that I did not know is that the material comes from China. I was, mistakenly, under the impression that your boots were made in the USA. I do love them and am grateful that they were available for me to purchase. The only reason I got them is because I was gifted a pair from a neighbor right after the hurricane Milton hit. Everything was flooded, boots were needed and I had no idea where to even get a good pair. The ones I got were so comfortable that when they began to split and got ripped I knew I wanted this boot. I looked on the inside, found the name, Washington Shoe Company, went online and found you! The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay, but I thought, the boot is wonderful, comfortable and, frankly, well, as far as I thought, I am very willing to pay the price for an item "made in the USA". It kinda was a bit of a bummer to see the "made in China" notice. I guess my assumption was a bit more of a, well, wishful thought.

Your service was great, but the UPS system said my package would be delivered on the 16 th at 9. It was not and I needed the little boots as a gift on Sunday!!! Very disappointed either their service!

I contacted customer service about the horrible smell from our new rain boots - one pair from Amazon, one from Zappos. We have been wearing Western Chief for over 15 years and no previous issues with odor. You told me to air them out and it will dissipate, but after almost a month, they still smell. Especially after they are worn outside in hot weather. So now we have horrible smelling boots and neither Amazon or Zappos will take them back because they have been worn.
