I found the perfect boot in the Chelsea Boot. Perfect fit taking the dog out during the wet/cold winter and spring months. I've also gotten so many compliments on them

Normally I like their clogs, but the new clogs with the bees ran larger than usual. The last few years, it's the same awesome size 8. This year's clogs are looser

I've had several pair of Western Chief boots, long lasting, colorful and fun! My last pair developed a leak and when I reached out to customer service, they asked for a few pictures and receipts. I received a new pair within a week! Great service!

These were purchased as a gift and were worn by a very outdoorsy and active 4 year old. When the pair we had started to come apart I contacted the company to find out about the warranty process. In under 2 weeks, 3 or 4 emails with a few pics (and the reciept) we had a new pair of boots on his feet! The customer service is top notch and the boots really are a great quality, these lasted longer than most things he wears!

I appreciated the prompt reply and thorough communication. My issues and concerns were addressed plus corrected. I love their shoes and my kids do too! Which makes their efficient customer service an additional quality to the brand.

I purchased 2 items in size 7 but both were bigger than a size 7. i asked for an exchange for both and am waiting to here if I am able to. I will need a return label mailed to me , as my printer doesn't work. In my opinion a return label should always be sent with item purchased for this very reason. I will see what happens.

The boots are super cute I hope eventually I get the right size

Amazing customer service! I damaged a new pair of boots a few weeks after purchase… punctured a sole while doing yard work. I emailed them asking if there was a way to patch it, and they mailed me a new pair! Without hesitation! Y’all have a customer for life, thank you!!!

I bought two pairs of the Kids cowboy rain boots, one for my 15 month old son and the other for my 5 year old niece. They both loved it. These boots are so stinking cute I wish they made them in adult sizes. The boot seems a bit heavy but it’s not a problem. I should’ve bought them in multiple sizes so my son can grow into them. The shipping took over a month and seemed to be lost in transit but after I submitted a customer request through WC, they filed a claim with USPS and the item was located the next day. Then, the item arrived shortly after. Not sure what happened there but otherwise I am SO PLEASED with this purchase.

The best comfortable pair of boots, I bought ever.

These boots are awful with keeping your feet warm. They claim to be rated for -70 degrees and my feet were cold in 20 degree weather even with wearing an added wool sock layer. The customer service does not care to change or help the situation claiming "the -70 means that's what the material can endure not the warmth it provides. " I expected much more and was very disappointed. I do not recommend these boots or this company.

Waterproof and insulated muck boots have been a big improvement for the kids comfort while doing chores. Their feet stay warm and dry. Its the mud season here, and these boots have been a huge improvement. Shipping took longer than expected but the customer service was outstanding when I inquired about arrival date and shipping status.

I have waited too long for my boots I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied I will not order from here again… I should get a refund.
