I am very disappointed that I have not received my order

I bought two boots on monday from Boston with delivery commitment in 2-3 business days. . But unfortunately i left the country friday night and your shipping company USPS still saying “ Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item” wheen i tracked my shipment:((

The only concern I have is the lack of communication. I called the Customer Service phone number shown on your website, but was put on hold and then advised that someone would return my call. I did this on 2 separate times; however, no one ever called me back. It was very frustrating.

I own a pair of garden clogs and really like them. I can’t find another pair in size 7, though I have looked online. Disappointed.

Ordered shoes 11/29, notified they're getting ready to ship 12/4 (5 days, still not shipped). Then received 3 identical survey requests from Staheekum, Western Chief, and Chooka. Something is very disorganized.

This was my first time at the website and I was pleasantly surprised- it was easy to navigate and prices were not too bad - my grandchildren wear rain boots quite a bit so the selection for kids was what I looked at. Very good! Also I made a mistake in the shipping address which you were able to fix the next day. I am the volunteer for the local children's garden and the founder- ha! - also head volunteer for our local seed library- I will be making sure our little town in Maine has heard of you. We have lobsterman here and everyone seems to wear some sort of foul weather boot! It is very rural here - look up Lubec on the map! Many people- me included- shopped at the local tractor supply- after getting their letter regarding their new social policies and agenda I no longer shop there. So it was serendipitous that my daughter asked specifically for new rain boots for my grandson from your company. My grandson wears them as a safer alternative to those darn crocs! Even tho it hardly ever rains in Las Vegas my daughter says your boots are great for her 5 yr old "construction " worker! Sorry I appreciate the quality of your product and the philosophy of your company. Thank you for being my new go to place.

My rain boots arrived yesterday as it was raining! They are so comfortable and easy to put on. I took a walk with my grandson and his dog in between showers and my feet were comfy & dry. Very well made and I would highly recommend ! Very glad I found Western Chief online!

We had an issue with a pair ripping. Customer Service was prompt and got us a new pair for my toddler. Will absolutely buy another pair.

Excellent customer service and very accessible online and through email. Rain boots were darling but she wanted a neutral, plain color. So I returned the colorful ones and order plain navy blue. Then order colorful ones for her 4yr old sister.

Packaging was subpar. Boot box was thin and cheap and arrived torn apart. Boots weren’t packed well either and were concaved.

The boots didn't last as well as I thought they should have. I reached out to Western Chief and got a replacement pair. I had no idea they were warrantied for one year. Thank you for caring!

Great kids winter boots

I absolutely love Western Chief boots for kids. They are both stylish, durable, and comfortable for my 2 daughters. They wanna wear their boots everyday and everywhere. Thanks Western Chief staff for making great boots. I will be ordering again soon

Great customer service. The first pair of boots did not work properly as only 1 lit up. I contacted customer service and they replaced the boots. They’re very cute and my grandson loves them.
