Just arrived today, wore them for most of the day and found them comfortable. However, the soles on these shoes are way too slippery! Any smooth surface is like an ice ring…terrible for the roads in the PNW which frequently have moss growing along the edge. I hope to try some trails next.

Loved the look of the sand clogs and black polka dots skimmer shoes but when they arrived two of the three pairs ordered were damaged. Customer service was very understanding and is allowing me to return the shoes. It took 10 days or more to get the shoes and then to have to return two of three pairs ordered. I won’t order again from this company.

I was excited to find the perfect birthday gift for our granddaughter…Ladybug rain boots with a matching umbrella, and placed the order April 5th. As of April 17th I’m still awaiting their arrival after receiving notification they would be delivered yesterday. The USPS tracker currently does not give an expected delivery date; the last USPS shipping update is dated 6 days ago. We missed gifting these to her at her party; hope is dwindling that they will arrive before her actual birthday in 5 days. 😔

All the wellies I have bought for the kiddos have been fantastic and they love them! Great quality and fantastic customer service.

Customer Service was attentive & professional in their emails responding to me when the raincoat for my grandson was back ordered. I then received an email when it was available. I'm a first time buyer-- ordering was easy, coat arrived safely (though must have opened enroute, nothing was missing or damaged at arrival. ) Customer Service's reply about that was top notch as well. Great experience, great product, & I know my grandson will be happy to have this coat to replace the Western Chief one that he's outgrown.
