Packaging was subpar. Boot box was thin and cheap and arrived torn apart. Boots weren’t packed well either and were concaved.

The boots didn't last as well as I thought they should have. I reached out to Western Chief and got a replacement pair. I had no idea they were warrantied for one year. Thank you for caring!

Great kids winter boots

I like the Men's Frontier Neoprene Mid Cold Weather Boot. They are very comfortable and work well for my job. I do wish they had a stronger bottom though like the vibram pairs did. The Grey on the bottom is some what weak. I believe they would be better with a solid piece

I had ordered the ankle rain boot for my daughter to wear for camp. She loved the boot, said it was very comfortable to wear everyday. Unfortunately about a month after getting them the back strap broke off. Customer service was very quick to respond and resolve the issue with us. I would definitely order from Western Chief again.

These boat shoes are SUPER! Fit like Cinderella's glass slipper but inside soft and spongy, appear to be very sturdy also and comfortable to the point where I did not want to take them off which is very unusual for me as a retiree who has spent decades on my feet. So glad to have them.
