Everything about this was so bad. Every product I ordered said 3-4 day delivery. 9 days later and I’ve been informed my orders won’t be delivered until after the event. Their customer service is terrible and very hard to get ahold of. The sales people will answer immediately, but if you need support after ordering, they don’t care at all.

The process was really fast. We ordered, were sent a confirmation of our design for approval, recieved our goods within 4 days.

You morons use STARTRACK and I still don’t have my item!!! Never use STARTRACK they are always useless… Its says its in Toowoomba in the opposite direction to us in IPSWICH and its 4 days past delivery date and STARTRACK have sent me 2 messages, 1 stating its in Mackay 6 hrs in wrong direction and second message saying it is in Toowoomba 2hrs in opposite direction from landing in Brisbane!!! So where is it and when will I receive it??? I WILL NEVER USE VIVID AGAIN THANKS TO STARTRACK!!!!

The advertised 24-hour production turnaround is misleading and does NOT reflect our experience. We placed our order in early February for an event on 25 February. When the cubes arrived on 16 February, the printing was incorrect. We immediately requested a reprint, leaving 9 days to fix the issue — more than enough time. Customer service was almost unreachable, and the only response we received was that they were “looking into it. ” One staff member later said they would prioritise the job, but after that, communication stopped completely. We received NO UPDATES and the issue was NOT resolved before our event. For an event supplier, reliability and communication are critical. This experience was unprofessional and created unnecessary stress for our team. I would not recommend them for time-sensitive projects.

I am super impressed with Vivid - my tablecloths came in record time and the quality is awesome! They are cheaper than some other brands too. I highly recommend this company.

The process of ordering was very smooth as I had my design ready to print. I got it within 3-4 days. The quality is very good, with easy assembly and it's compact for easy storage and to carry.

They appear well constructed, strong material. Final product is good. Will not get used for a couple of weeks but should do well what we intend for them.
