Super Easy and Quick

This is the second banner I have ordered from Vivid. Both look great, were good value for money and arrived in just a few days.

It wasn't printed in time to meet my delivery date as agreed. Very bad communication with the warehouse staff and the courier I had to organise. It took 3 times to have it picked up.

I ordered A frame and printout. The product is great and printout is excellent. Price point is very competitive. I would have given it a 5 star if not for its rigid process where I tried to call within an hour of ordering to try add on 2 additional printouts which was told it can’t be done. As such they lost sales of 2 additional printouts.

The website was super easy to use. The selection was great. Lots of options. My signs turned out so great! I am so so happy with them. Packaged and sent promptly, too! Will definitely ve ordering our next signs through your company :)
