The banner is great. Great quality, great value for money and it was produced very quickly. The only negative experience was that I tried to change the devlivery address after the purchase but before the banner was produced, as our circumstances changed. I was told that this was not possible which complicated things on our side. I understand that processes can be hard to change and I acknowledge that providing the address was my responsibility. However, a bit of flexibility would have been appreciated.
