Great service and product. I used the design tool provided which was great, but I wanted to edit the design and this is not supported so I had to do it again in Canva which meant re-doing some work. Good communication with Vivid was helpful. Will use Vivid again for sure.

Fast, easy, quality product

Not great on customer service - any deviation from the online auto process results in a nightmare of trying to speak to an actual human or someone connected with the job. Their product and delivery times are good, the rest is terrible. Bad bad NOT GOOD.

The SEG Light Box from Vivid was a 1/4 of the price I paid for a much heavier 2nd hand light box. The weight of the Vivid lightbox is approx 8 kg compared to the other light box from another company which weighs about 20kg. The Vivid light box is so much easier and faster to set up. Great product and I will be ordering more! I'm going to order extra replacement skins so that I can change the display for different events.
