Greta communication from the team, and easy ordering processes. The product is perfect too :)

Great quality, amazing turnaround and delivery, super service! 👏

Great customer service, the process was simple and the postage was fast! The banner looks great and is easy to put up.

Really good! Exactly what we wanted

Far better than I expected. Service was incredible as well.

Well priced products. Good value. However the webpage wasn’t easy to navigate

Happy with product - exactly as requested. Prompt, efficient service. Speedy delivery

The colours are very wrong.

They always mess up with the QR codes, even though we make different orders for them not to be confused. Every month we get the corflutes mixed up.

Excellent service

great quality and speedy turn around

I had 4 Big Heads made as a surprise for family members, they were a hit. The team were really helpful throughout the process when I had questions and when I needed a small change before printing. They came out so clear and really good quality. Great company to deal with.

customer service was spot on, specially because i had questions and it was time critical

Great quality corflutes that came really quickly - would recommend!

Great job design team we love it! Quality is awesome & easy company to deal with.

Originally placed this order for an event launch. The package arrived with plenty of lead time only to discover the wrong artwork had been printed by Vivid. Despite using Vivid on a number of occasions this time the service was beyond shocking. I left several voicemails and called multiple times over several days with no response. After a series of emails I finally received a response however the slow response in service means these banners couldn't be used for the event launch - very disappointing that despite approving the correct artwork Vivid printed the wrong artwork.

Purchased two bow flags (3. 5m), great product and high quality, also really well priced. Production time not as fast as promoted, but good customer service.

I found Vivid Ads via an online search and so pleased I did. I was under pressure to turn some collateral around for fast approaching work event and the team were FANTASTIC. They stepped in and helped me - delivering well over what I expected. Thanks guys. I hope I get the opportunity to work with you again.
